At Michele Silva, we take pride in delivering high-quality photography services and products. Due to the bespoke nature of our offerings, all sales are final, and refunds are not permitted. Please review our refund policy, which includes terms related to photography services, prints, and packaging, alongside the terms outlined in your signed contract.

1. Contract Terms Apply

                   •                For photography services, the terms of your signed contract govern your transaction and take precedence over any receipt details provided at the time of purchase.

                  •                Please refer to your contract for detailed terms regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and other service-related conditions.

 2. No Refunds

                   •                Photography services, prints, and packaging products are personalized or custom-made, and as such, are non-refundable.

                  •                By engaging with us, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

 3. Damaged or Faulty Products

                   •                If physical products (e.g., prints or packaging) are delivered damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase.

Provide photographs showing the damage or defect.

Upon review, if the claim is valid, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

4. Exclusions

This policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays).

Claims submitted after the 14-day notification period will not be considered.

5. Legal Compliance

                  This refund policy is aligned with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK law) and does not affect your statutory rights.

Your statutory rights include receiving products that are as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.
